China has been popularizing needle-free insulin injection in the treatment of diabetes to reduce adverse reactions and pain suffered by patients.

GPS POSITIONING OF RARE CRANES
The GPS positioning and bird banding of black-necked cranes has been completed in northwest China's Qinghai Province.
From July 26 to Aug. 4, a total of 80 such cranes, including 27 baby birds, were found in the Qinghai section of the Qilian Mountain National Park, an indication that the crane population in the area is healthy and it is a good habitat for the birds.
THREE SCI-TECH INNOVATION IPOS
China's securities regulator has approved the registration for the initial public offerings (IPOs) of three companies on the science and technology innovation board.
Zhejiang Headman Machinery Co., Ltd., a machinery manufacturer, Jiangsu GoodWe Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise focusing on research and manufacturing of PV inverters, and Jilin Oled Material Tech Co., Ltd. will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board, commonly known as the STAR market, according to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
